If you confirm a booking with us your details and those of the end clients that you pass to us will be held on file to enable us to contact you in regards to your booking and the services we are providing.
Processing your information: Held on file for your booking with us only.
Data retention: We will continue to process your information until you withdraw consent or it is determined your consent no longer exists.
Sharing your information: To provide the best service for you we so from time to time we do share your personal information and that of the end clients with third parties such as hoteliers, coach hire companies, attraction locations, restaurants and any other services you ask us to book. This is in order to facilitate your bookings and travel arrangements with us. We only share the minimum personal data that enable our suppliers to provide their services to you and us.
Data security and protection: We ensure the security of any personal information we hold by using secure data storage technologies and precise procedures in how we store, access and manage that information.
Email marketing messages & subscription: Under the GDPR we use the consent lawful basis for anyone subscribing to our newsletter or marketing mailing list. Any email marketing messages we send are done so through an EMS (email marketing service provider). An EMS is a third party service provider of software / applications that allows marketers to send out email marketing campaigns to a list of users.
Any email marketing messages we send are in accordance with the GDPR. We provide you with an easy method to withdraw your consent (unsubscribe) or manage your preferences / the information we hold about you at any time.
